Crating Options
1. Premium Court Crating
All crating spaces will be indoors and climate controlled.
The spaces are approximately 5' wide x 4' deep.
Each crating space is $110 for the event.
No other crating will be allowed inside the arena. (Reactive or disruptive dogs may not be cratedin this area).
The crating area is on a wooden basketball floor so you must provide waterproof tarps/mats to put your crate on. Anyone found not using these will have their crates removed from the area with no refund.
Located steps from the restrooms, rings and shopping.
All crating spots are assigned for the fullevent duration.

2. Temporary Ringside Crating (free)
Available near individual rings for those running multiple dogs.
Short-term use only. Not intended for full-day crating.
3. Out of your vehicle (free)
There is plenty of parking available. Parking lots are only a short walk to the rings.
Waitlist
Once all available spaces are filled, all remaining requests will be placed on a waitlist and you will be notified of this.
Should you cancel your crating for any reason before March 1st, there will be a $5 fee to process your request.
Between March 1st and 16th, including due to injury or illness, we will only be able to issue a 90% refund if we can fill your spot from the waiting list, assuming there is one.
This will be via PayPal (regardless how you paid). If we are unable to fill your spot, there will be no refund. No changes or cancellations will be considered after March 16.
Group Crating requests
Individual competitors who would like to crate together (groups of 2 or more) must designate a‘crating leader’to submit a group crating request on their behalf.
The crating leader will request the desired spaces for your group and submit one payment for all of them.
Key Dates
Form Opens: February 21 (open until March 1)
Assignment Notifications: Out by March 20, 2025
Reopening for Unclaimed Spots: After initial assignments, and at an increased fee of $30 per crating space.
Payments: Do not send any payment until you receive an invoice with instructions to do so.
Assignments
All crating assignments will be published on the website, as well as verification that payment was received.
Please do not email asking to check on your payment status unless you have checked on this site and the information is incorrect. Payments must be postmarked by: 3 days after invoice is sent.

If you have any questions, which are not answered on the website, you can contact Tara Baggerman (crating organizer) tara.ukiusopen@gmail.com.
You will receive a reply within 48 hours of your initial email from Tara to notify you that your email has been received.
If you do not receive an email after 48 hours, please immediately follow up again. If there is still no response, likely the email has not been received.
Your next step is to immediately email UKI here: ukiusopen.info@gmail.com. In the case of a group reservation only the crating leader should be following up.
Following up with your email to ensure it has been received is your responsibility–we unfortunately won’t be able to do anything about requests that did not reach us. Please be sure your spam blockers accept Tara’s email address.
