The Canadian Open 2017 is going to be held in Newmarket, Ontario, at the Royal Canadian Riding Academy.

All qualifying scores must be gained at a Canadian UKI trial.

Qualifying period starts July 8, 2016, and ends July 7, 2017.

Qualifying scores must be gained in the height you will run at the Canadian Open.

The same dog and handler team that gains the following scores must run the events at the Open.


UKI Masters Series Final: Winners of the individual Masters Series Agility or Jumping classes, or Overall placements described below, qualify for the Masters Final. If you do not qualify at a local Masters Heat, there will be a last chance heat at the Canadian Open.


UKI Canadian Nationals: To earn a bye into Round 2 the dog and handler must obtain 5 clear Agility Rounds and 5 clear Jumping rounds from the current level the dog is working at from any UKI Canadian Trial within the qualifying period. Clear masters Agility and Jumping rounds may be used (nursery does not apply).


Games Biathlon: 2 Clear Games rounds from the current level the dog is working at must be obtained throughout the qualifying period to enter this class. Can be any two from: Snooker, Power & Speed, Snakes & Ladders, or Gamblers.
